Strong on paper — but is it still open?

Brewed Bliss carries a good reputation in the English-language coverage: a cafe cited for serious latte art and a single-origin range, in a setting that reviewers say works equally well for a laptop session or a quiet date near Walking Street.

That last detail is also the complication. The research flags Brewed Bliss with an explicit caveat — its signal is entirely English-language, with no Thai-source confirmation, and its location near Walking Street is an area prone to churn. The honest position is that we do not yet know whether the cafe is currently operating, and verifying that is the first job before anything else can be said about it.

None of those confirm the cafe is open today, and the audit's first task is simply to establish that it still exists before judging the coffee.

What the audit checks. Two anonymous visits minimum, paid in full, no comped drinks. We score craft (is the coffee actually good), consistency (does it hold on an unannounced second visit), value (the cup against the price), and return frequency (would an editor come back without the notebook).
