Dripoly Café is the most design-forward specialty cafe the research turned up in Pattaya — a monochrome room at The Commons project that reviewers reach for the word "spaceship" to describe. In a city where cafe design often means a few rattan chairs and a neon sign, that is a genuine point of difference.
The risk with a room that striking is that the coffee becomes the set dressing. The cross-sourced picture suggests it is not — Dripoly works from Thai-Brazilian blends and a line of single-origin drips, and its signature, the Noir (coffee, milk, charcoal and a wafer), is framed as a creative drink with real drip-coffee bona fides underneath the styling.
