King of Coffee sits at the top of Jomtien Beach Road, by the Jomtien Beach sign on Pratumnak Soi 5 — and it is not a shop so much as a custom-built trailer. The setup is modest by design. What it pulls shots through is not: an Ascaso machine brought in from Barcelona.

That gap between the humble format and the serious kit is the whole editorial hook.
